TC Type Oil Seal - Outer Rubber, Inner full cover, double lip type oil seal with spring inside, also known as Lip Seal. It is one of the common standard types of skeleton oil seals currently available, also known as lip seals.

Features
Double Lip Design: Adopts double lip structure. Both lips work together to enhance the sealing effect, effectively preventing lubricant leakage and preventing external impurities such as dust and particles from entering.
Spring type: Equipped with self-tightening spring, it can maintain proper sealing force to adapt to different working conditions and shaft rotation.
Good following: It can follow the movement of the rotating shaft closely, which ensures stable sealing performance even in the case of high-speed rotation or shaft vibration.

Material
Nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluorine rubber (FKM) are commonly used. NBR has good heat and abrasion resistance and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C. FKM has excellent resistance to aging, heat, and oil, and can be used in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 250°C.
